What the report says about your Google reviews

A language model reads every review on your Google Business Profile one by one, then gathers the recurring threads into a single document. You do not get a chart of stars, you get an answer to what customers praise and what puts them off.

Why customers lower your Google rating

Recurring complaints in one place, with how often each came up and when it was last raised. You can see whether the issue still returns or has gone quiet.

A standing problem or a one-off

The report separates what repeats month after month from single incidents and from threads that stopped coming back. Without that split, one bad review from last year weighs as much as twenty from last month.

What not to change

The strengths customers bring up on their own. This part tells you what to repeat in your business description and in replies to Google reviews, instead of guessing.

What to fix first

Recommendations ordered by weight, each backed by quotes from specific reviews. You can hand them to your team without explaining where they came from.

Questions that come up most often

Where do the reviews come from?

From your public Google Business Profile, that is the Google listing and Google Maps. We analyse the ratings and reviews your customers left for your location. No password or panel access is needed.

How is this different from review monitoring?

Monitoring watches new reviews as they arrive and reminds you to reply. A one-off report answers once, but in full: what sits inside the reviews you already have. You pay once, with no subscription, and the PDF arrives by e-mail.

What about ratings with no text?

Some Google ratings are stars only, with no comment. They count towards the average and towards the price, because Google reports a single number, but conclusions can only come from reviews with text. The report states how many there were.

Does it make sense with few reviews?

Yes, though the report is then more careful. Conclusions resting on a handful of voices are flagged in the document, so nobody rebuilds a business on three sentences.

Does it help with replying to Google reviews?

It points to the threads worth answering first and shows what customers keep repeating. Ready-made replies to individual reviews are produced in the panel, available with a subscription.

Who reads it apart from me?

Nobody. The report goes only to the e-mail address given with the order. How the data is processed is described in the privacy policy, and the purchase terms in the terms of service.
