Email language
Defaults to the language you signed up with. Affects emails only - app UI is set separately.
Weekly summary (Monday morning)
A short recap of the last 7 days: new reviews, average rating, best & worst review, weekly insight. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Critical review alerts
Email about a 1 or 2 star review - sent when the daily sync picks it up. It links straight to the review so you can prepare a reply in the app.
Monthly PDF report (1st of the month)
Full report for the previous month is generated and emailed automatically. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Subscription renewal reminders
Email 7 days and 1 day before your plan expires, with a recap of the value Opinely delivered this period.
Marketing emails and promotions
Occasional news, offers and tips from Opinely. Turning this off doesn't affect important account notifications or terms updates.
Per-business & per-group settings
Override the defaults separately for chosen businesses and groups.

Adjust notifications separately for each business.
Your business groups
Aggregate report and digest for the whole group. Critical alerts apply to individual businesses only.
We only send emails from the opinely.pl domain. You can turn off each type independently at any time.
